DocuES collects no data at all. No accounts, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, no cloud, no servers of ours receiving anything. Your documents — scans, PDFs, signatures, extracted text — are processed and stored only on your device. This is not a setting: the app contains no telemetry code, so there is nothing to switch off.
Everything you scan or import is kept in the app's private storage on your phone. Scanning, OCR (text recognition), compression and every other tool run on the device itself — no document, page image or extracted text is ever uploaded anywhere. We cannot see your documents, and we could not recover them for you if we wanted to.
Because nothing leaves your device, DocuES deliberately does not take part in Android Auto Backup — your documents are never copied to a cloud backup by the app. The way to keep a second copy is yours: use Compartir / Exportar inside the app to send any document wherever you choose (your own drive, email, another device). If you uninstall the app or lose the phone without exporting, the documents stored in the app are lost with it.
If something goes wrong, the app may keep a short technical note in a local outbox on your device. It goes nowhere on its own and contains no document content. Only if you use Settings → “Enviar diagnóstico” and pick a destination yourself does the note leave the phone — to wherever you sent it, under that service's own privacy terms.
Payments are processed by Google Play, never by us: we never see or store your payment details. The app validates your purchase receipt on your device and remembers the resulting entitlement locally, so Premium keeps working fully offline. Google's own handling of your purchase record is covered by Google's privacy policy.
DocuES is a general-audience document tool. Because it collects no data from anyone, it collects none from children either.
